Wizard burn is aggro based strategy that tries to use wizards to give the deck as many lightning bolts that it can. The budget version of the deck comes in right under $50. It is a deck you can pick up and start competiting in RCQs. If you are looking for a stronger version of this deck we will cover that as well.

MAIN DECK
Creature Breakdown
Wizards: Decks enables our payoffs by playing 4 copies of Ghitsu Lavarunner, which is often a 2/2 with haste for a single red. The other enabler is Viashino Pyromancer, which comes down for 2 mana and immediately deals 2 damage to our opponent.
Monastery Swiftspear and Soul-Scar Mage are our aggressive one drops that increase the speed of the deck by gaining power every time we throw a burn spell at our opponents face.
Bonecrusher Giant: Allows the deck to have an aggressive 4/3 body that can enable prowess.
Noncreature Breakdown
Kumano Faces Kakkazan: The deck play 4 Kumano to trigger prowess, while also becoming a sold 2/2 body with haste that punishes decks that card about the graveyard.
Burn Suite: We are running four copies of Skewer the Critics, Wizard's Lightning, Lightning Strike, and one copy of Spikefield Hazard. Most of these burn spells deal 3 damage to any target with minimum amount of mana.
Light Up the Stage: A solid draw spell that gives us two looks at burn spells, often for 1 mana.
Sideboard Breakdown
Removal Suite: Three rending volley for matchups where we need to answer Ledger Shredder, Angels, Greasefang, Convoke Threats, and etc. Two Obliterating Bolt and Witchstalker Frenzy to deal with larger sized threats. Two copies of Goblin Chainwhirler also us to clean up the threats against Boros Convoke. Two Smash to Smithereens to deal with Vehicles and to help against ensoul artifacts
Combo Interaction: One copy of Roiling Vortex to prevent life gain from Angels or to deal damage for free spells from Lotus Field or Quintorius.
Kari Zev's Expertise: Allows us to take our opponents biggest threat and smash our opponent, while also allowing us to cast a free burn spell or threat.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance: Running a single copy for the grindy matchups that go long.
